About Breshell
What began as simply sharing the fun became a mission to help families find more of it.
Hi, I’m Breshell!
I’m a Texas-based content creator, TV lifestyle expert, homeschool mom, entrepreneur and professional memory-maker who believes life with kids should be anything but boring.
What started as sharing family-friendly things to do around Frisco has grown into a community of hundreds of thousands of families looking for ideas for where to go, what to try, where to travel and how to make everyday life with kids a little more fun.
Today, I create content centered around family travel, homeschooling, motherhood, food, DIY, local adventures and experiences — with a big focus on helping families get out, explore and make memories together.

H-E-B Brand Ambassador
My audience is rooted in North Texas, especially Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Dallas and Fort Worth, while my travel and family content reaches families far beyond DFW.
From Social Media to TV
You can also catch me regularly on WFAA Channel 8, sharing family-friendly activities, things to do around North Texas, creative projects, seasonal ideas and simple ways parents can make everyday life more fun.
My work on television has grown from sharing local weekend happenings to creating hands-on lifestyle segments, family activities and original ideas for WFAA and WFAA+.
Whether I’m standing behind a craft table in the studio, exploring somewhere new with my kids or reporting on what families should know before they go, my goal is always the same: make it useful, approachable and fun.
Our Homeschool Adventure
More recently, our family made the decision to homeschool — but definitely not because I wanted to recreate a traditional classroom in our house.
Our approach is inspired by curiosity, travel and hands-on experiences. Think museums, nature walks, science experiments, road trips, cooking, building, exploring and following the questions my kids are already asking.
Basically, if The Magic School Bus were run by a mom with snacks, a camera and an itinerary, that’s the goal.
As we continue our homeschool journey, you’ll also find more resources here including themed learning guides, field trip ideas, activities and inspiration for families who want learning to feel like part of everyday life.
Creating With Brands
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with national brands, destinations, hotels, attractions and local businesses — creating campaigns designed to feel like something I would genuinely share with a friend.
Past and current partnerships include:
H-E-B • IKEA • Nebraska Furniture Mart • Omni Hotels • Kalahari Resorts • Hyatt • W Hotels • Westin Hotels • Diamonds Direct • Destin-Fort Walton Beach • Visit Montana • Yellowstone Country • Texas Motor Speedway • Dallas Cowboys/The Star • Visit Plano • Legacy West • Allen Premium Outlets and more.
From long-term ambassadorships and destination campaigns to social content, broadcast integrations and behind-the-scenes content creation, storytelling is always at the center of what I do.
Behind the Camera, Too
Content creation actually goes far beyond what you see on my own social channels.
With a background in professional photography and videography, I also create photos, videos and social-first assets for businesses and brands — including “ghost content” where my team and I produce the creative without me appearing as the face of the campaign.
I also work with small businesses on creative strategy, social media concepts and figuring out how to turn what makes their business special into content people actually want to watch.
Most Importantly…
I’m a wife and mom raising two little adventurers in North Texas.
A lot has changed since I first started sharing online, but the reason behind it really hasn’t.
I want to help families spend less time wondering “What should we do?” and more time actually doing it.
Whether that means discovering a hidden gem five minutes from home, taking the kids on their first big trip, trying a homeschool experiment in the kitchen or simply making an ordinary Tuesday feel a little more memorable — I’m here to help you find the fun.
